Naughty Master

Since my last post I haven't had the least drop of water. My master has been pretty naughty by not looking after me.

Hey hey, I am still alive and will convince him at least to post some pics of me.

My Current Diet

This post is just to keep you up to date. I haven't consumed anything since the last entry.

This is not bad news. In fact, if I have too much water my roots will rot. Since the last few days, I have noticed that my leaves have opened up and I have grown a little more. At least I know that I am making use of my food efficiently.

I am also living in a green house since the weather is getting colder day by day.

That blue thing, FYI

For those who want to know, the blue thing I eat consist of the followings:

NPK Fertiliser 15-30-15 with Trace Element (I do not have a clue what it means so please help)

Nitrogen (N) : 15%
+ Ammonical Nitrogen : 6.5%
+ Ureic Nitro : 8.5%

Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5) Soluble in Water and Ammonium Citrate : 30% (that's 13.1% Phosphorus)

Potassium Oxide (K2O) soluble in Water : 15% (that's 12.4% of Potassium)

Boron (B) soluble in Water : 0.02%

Copper (Cu) soluble in Water : 0.03%

Iron (Fe) soluble in Water : 0.15% (chelated by EDTA)

Manganese (Mn) soluble in water : 0.05% (chelated by EDTA)

Zinc (Zn) soluble in Water : 0.03%

For those who do not know:
Nitrogen makes me have healthy green leaves
Phosphorus makes my roots strong
Potassium makes me have more flower and makes me stronger to disease and drought

I am 2 Months Old

Today I am two months old. As you can see, I am not growing very fast but my 'grower' has some hope on me.

He waters me with a glass of water everyday and fed me with some blue plant food, that he bought at BNQ, twice the last month. Each time he used only one tea spoon full of it. Once he added it on the peat and then watered me and the other time he mixed it in water and sprayed close to my stem.

Once in a while he sprays my buds to keep me cool when it is hot.

He also thought of protecting me against slugs. Since he does not like to kill any creatures, he made a barrier around me instead (as seen in the picture). I better hope it works.

Talk to you later.

My Birth

I am probably the fist new born to write his own diary. My parent is from a tiny island called Mauritius. I hope that one day I'll see h(im/er).

As for me, my growth takes place in a tiny plastic pot, about 4cm in radius, filled with peat compost. I live somewhere in the south west of a country they call England.

This is the begining of my journey and I do not know how long it will be.

Please come and visit me regularly as I do not like to be lonely ....

P.S: Just in case you are interested, I live outdoor at the moment.
